Adds screen effects that react to what's happening to you, for a more immersive, cinematic feel. Take fire damage and the edges of your screen flicker with flame; get hurt and you'll see a blood splatter; go underwater or get blinded and the screen responds.

What you'll see

Fire, blood and impact overlays when you take damage.
Water, splash and other environmental effects on screen.
More drama in combat — handy as a "you're in trouble" cue against tough enemies.
